Future DC Blast Chiller and Freezer Cabinets are designed for smaller institutions, kitchens or smaller food processors where there is a small requirement for blast chilling foods. When the cabinets have finished the blast chill they will revert to a normal holding cabinet, which is great for extra refrigerated storage space.
